Return Shuttle: The bus WILL leave Chilifest by 11:15 PM (After Treaty Oak Revival wraps up!)

Chilifest Shuttle Service Waiver & Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and boarding the Chilifest Shuttle Service operated by Wheelhaus Partybuses, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
I understand that participating in the shuttle service involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, potential accidents, personal injury, or property loss. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Wheelhaus Partybuses, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from participation in this transportation service.
2. Alcohol Consumption Policy
Alcohol consumption is permitted on the shuttle for passengers 21 years and older. Passengers consuming alcohol do so at their own risk and are expected to drink responsibly. Wheelhaus Partybuses is not responsible for any injury, illness, or legal consequence arising from alcohol consumption during or after transportation.
No open containers may be taken off the shuttle.
Intoxicated or disruptive passengers may be denied entry without a refund.
Passengers are responsible for adhering to all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol consumption.
3. No Ticket Sales for Return Rides
Tickets cannot be purchased at Chilifest for return transportation. Passengers must pre-purchase round-trip tickets prior to boarding. No exceptions will be made.
4. Personal Property
Wheelhaus Partybuses is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Passengers are solely responsible for securing their personal items during transportation.
5. Departure Policy
The shuttle WILL leave Chilifest by 11:15 PM on Friday & 10:00 PM on Saturday. Passengers must be on board before the scheduled departure time. No exceptions or refunds will be given for missed return trips.
6. Passenger Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all:
Disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Passengers may be removed from the shuttle at the discretion of the driver or staff without refund.
7. Acknowledgement of Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and boarding the shuttle, I confirm that:
I have read and understand this waiver.
I assume all risks and release Wheelhaus Partybuses from any liability.
I agree to comply with all policies outlined above.
Terms and Conditions
GENERAL: MAKE SURE NOTHING IS LEFT IN THE CAR AT THE END OF YOUR EVENT. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, AND WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING LEFT BEHIND. DECORATING THE CAR WITH ANY WINDOW PAINT IS NOT ALLOWED. YOU ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE DONE TO THE VEHICLE BY YOU OR YOUR GUESTS. IN THE SOLE JUDGMENT OF THE DRIVER, HE DETERMINES IF THE BEHAVIOR OF YOU OR YOUR GUESTS IS OUT OF CONTROL, UNSAFE, ILLEGAL, DANGEROUS, OR IRRESPONSIBLE TO THE PROPERTY. HE MAY TERMINATE THE RUN AND ORDER ALL OCCUPANTS OUT OF THE CAR. SMOKING IN THE CAR IS PROHIBITED. THE DRIVER WILL GLADLY PULL OVER FOR YOU IF YOU REQUEST SO YOU CAN SMOKE OUTSIDE THE CAR. UNDER-AGE DRINKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IF THIS OCCURS, THE RIDE WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. POSSESSION OR USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS BY ANYONE IS PROHIBITED IN THE CAR. IF THE DRIVER OBSERVES DRUGS, THEY WILL PULL THE CAR OFF THE ROAD, AND YOU AND YOUR GUESTS MUST EXIT THE CAR. IN THIS EVENT, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THE DRIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY IS TO TRANSPORT YOU SAFELY AND TO SAFEGUARD THE CAR. THE CAR IS NEVER TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED.
